Receiving tho Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the year ended 31st December, 1914. 2. Electing Two Directors in lieu of tho ILou. J. T. Walker and the Hon. F. E. Winchcombe, M.L.C., who retire in terms of By-law IG, but are eligible for re-election. 3. Electing an Auditor in lieu of W. H. Perry, Esq., F.C.P.A., who retires in terms of By-law 2S, but is eligible for re-election. 4. Declaring the amount of divisible surplus for the year ended 31st December, 1914. The Hon. J. T. Walker and tlie Hon. F. E. Winchcombe, M.L.C., are the only duly qualified members who have given the requisite notice that they are candidates for the vacant seats on the Board. W. H.
