PREMIER LOSES HIS SEAT Adelaide, March 29, The latest election figures show that Labour gained three seats in the Sturt division, defeating the Attorney-Gen-eral. The Premier (Hon. W. H. Peake) has also lost hi 6 scat. It is anticipated that tha Oppo6ition will gain a slight majority. HOTELS TO CLOSE AT 6 P.M S REFERENDUM VOTE IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA. Adelaide, March 29. A referendum for the early closing of hotels resulted in an absolute majority for six o'clock closing.. The Assembly members have been increased from 42 to 46 aud the Council from 18 to 20. He is progressing favourably. Mr. Raymond (who v.as killed) was to have resumed duty to-day after absence on sick leave. There have been, many public tributes to his journalistic career.
