BRITISH PRISONERS IN GERMANY
IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR LOT. London, March 28. The Press Bureau states that the American Embassy learns that Captain Powell, captain of tho British prisoners', camp at Ruhleben, and his assistants,' have effected great improvements regardingtile quantity and quality of the food. Special committees have been appointed to superintend the health, recreation, and other departments of the prisoners' well-being.
