SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for strong westerly to south-westerly winds generally; weather squally and changeable, with passing showers in many parts of the country. The barometer is unsteady with, a tendency to rise in the south, but fall in the north. The barometer fell considerably in the south on Sunday, and an intenso Antarctiu storm is in evidence southward of the Dominion. Increasing-northerly and westerly winds have heeu experienced with ralii on the West Coast and southern districts, but fair to olondy conditions have ruled generally. D. C. BATES.
