SUPREME COURT
In the Supreme Court on Saturday morning, before His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout), applications were made by Mr. T. M. Wilford for substituted services by advertisement in the following pending divorce petitions: —Kate Jmrie v. W. J. C. Imrie; Lclia •Fairs v. Athol Fairs; Alice Birwood v. James Stuart Birwood; and Eliza Smith v. Arthur Harold Smith.
All four applications were granted.
