BREVET-MAJOR H. S. WILLIAMS. London, March 26. Brevet-Major Harold Sutton Williams, a New Zealander, lately with tho Dorsetshires, has died of his wounds. [Major AVilliams served in the South African war, 1899-1902. He was present at the relief of Ladysmith, and took part in the operations in the Transvaal in June, 1899, in Natal from March to June, 1900 (including the action at Laing's Nek) in tho Orange River Colony in June, 1900, again in the Transvaal from November, 1900, to July, 1901, and again in the Orange River Colony from July, 1901, to May, 1902. He received the Queen's medal with three clasps and the King's medal with tivo clasps.]
