PAYMASTER SENTENCED AND DEGRADED. (Reo. March 27, 0.45 a.m.) ; Paris, Mar 26. Major Desdaux (the French Army ■Paymaster who wa.s accused' of misappropriating military supplies, and giving them to Madame Bechoff, a Paris modiste), has been sentenced to seven lyeaxs' imprisonment and military degradation. Madame Bechoff. was sentenced to two years.
