OUTRAGE IN MEXICO CITY. . Washington, March 25. . Another insult to .the American iflag m Mexico has aroused bitter feeling.' The Brazilian-Minister reported to' Mr. W. J. Bryan i (United States Secretary af State) that according to dispatches from Mexico City the 'Zapatistas tore down the United States flag, which was flying over 'the 'honse of M'Manus, an. 'American 'citizen. The Zapatistas murdered M'Manus, and looted bis house. Mr. Bryan "announced that repartition had- already been demanded, but -no roply had been received, except an apology for M'Manus's death. Mr. Bryan.admitted thalt no salute to' the American flag has v been demanded this time. ■ *
