Commissioner reports■ "The Admiralty announces that on Thursday a Dutch steamer, flying , the" Dutch flag, carrying a Datch craw, 'arid with the name Medea, Amsterdam,. printed in large letters on the side, was stopped by the German submarine TJ2B off Beachy Head, and ordered to send a boat 'with the ship's papers.'
