The following officers have been elected: —Patron and president, Miss Elsie Williams (re-elected); vise-president, Dr. M'Nab, M.P., Dr. M'Kibbin, Messrs. K L. Bone and H. G. Spademan; conductor, Mr. P. AV.' Toombs (re-elected for the ninth year); leader, Madame Le Lievre; pianist, Miss R. Shattky; auditor, Mr. A. W. Hamilton; custodian. Mr. G. 'J'ong; librarian, Mr. L. Abbott; secretary and treasurer, Mr. F, S. Thomas; committee, Messrs. Shnttky, C. S. Palmer, and P. George. Hungary produces large quantities of wine, tobacco, and fruit.
