WHEN WILL THE WAR END?
NO SIGN AT PRESENT. London, March 24. Speaking at Manchester, Sir John Simon, the Attorney-General, said there was no indication whatever when the .war would end, or that Germany was ; willing'to consider any terms the Allies might offer.
