GREECE WILL WAIT FOR BULGARIA (Rec. March 25, 11.5 p.m.) Athens, March 25. The Greek journal "Hestia' publishes a statement in effect that the French President, M. Poincaire, intimated that coming events would convince Greece of tho necessity for abandoning her neutrality for the purpose of guarding her rights, without compromising the integrity of her territory. The Greek' Press is of opinion that Greece will not assist the Allies except conjointly with Bulgaria.
