YOUNG BELGIAN HEROES. (Rec. March 24, 7.20 p.m.) Amsterdam, March 24. Seventeen Belgians, mostly young peasants, were shot to-asy at Ghent Barracks after a trial by a German court-martial. They had found them guilty of espionage. ■ They were offered their lives on certain conditions, and all, with the exception of one, refused.
