DYNAMITING FISH
HEAVY FINE IMPOSED. (By Telegraph—Press Association,) Auokland, March 22. In a case in the Police Court, which concluded this morning, a. fisherman was fined £10 and £6 costs for using dynamite or other explosives for tho purposo of catching fisli. exemplary penalty was asked for, it being statell that many complaints had been received about tho prevalency of this practice, while convictions ivoro hard to obtain.
