THE CLYDEMEN'S REVOLT
PRO-GERMAN PROPAGANDA SUSPECTED . London, March 21. The "Times," in a leader, says:— "No doubt, the belief that huge fortunes have been made by employers has been assiduously fostered by pro-Ger-man propaganda. That was the main cause of tlie Clyde men's revolt. If there is any value in Labour's protestations there will be an end of t'hat now." STEVEDORE'S STRIKE SETTLED. London, March 21. The President of the Board of TrSde (Mr. Runciman) has upheld the agreement _ between the Master Stevedores' Association and the men. Tlie strike is now settled.
