PROPOSAL WARMLY SUPPORTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) Melbourne, March 20. A-meeting of the, Federal Cabinet warmly endorsed . Mr. Fisher's (Prima Minister) suggested conference of representatives of the. New Zealand, Commonwealth, and State Governments. ' Invitations will be sent to New Zealand as soon as replies from the State Governments have been received. The Victorian Government has . endorsed the proposal to hold a'conference.
