IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section 41 of "The Land Act, 1908," and the Regulation."' mHde thereunder by Governor-in-Ouncil, ith«W; a Vacancy in the. membership of the Wellington Land' Board will occur on June 2nd, 1915, on which date the appointment of Mr. HenTy Thomas Ellingnam to the said Board expires in ordinary course, and that nominations t« fill such vacancy will be received at tho office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Wellington, up to 5 o'clock in the - afternoon of-April 26th, 1915. No person shall be eligible as a candidate for election unless he is nominated in writing by at least two persons, who on the first day of January, 1915, were the owners of any lease or license of or in respect of any Crown lands. National Endowment lands, or Education Reserves situated iu the Wellington Land District, and unless the nomination paper bearing tho candidate's consent is received at tho office above-named before' the time fixed for the closing of nominations. Such nomination papers will be supplied on application lo tho Commissioner of Crown Lands, Wellington.
