London, March 18. d A member of the Potaro's crew, who was a prisoner for six weeks aboard the Kronprinz Wilhelm, states that six of the Kronprinz AVilhelm's crew were 6hot for disobeying orders. A message received a fortnight ago stated: Tho steamers Potaro, Highland lirae, and Hemisphere, and two sailing vessels, have been sunk in the Atlantic, presumably by the Karlsruhe. The crews, numbering 192, landed at Buenos - Aires, also 51 passengers from tho Highs land Brae. The Hemisphere was a steel 1 screw steamer of 3486 tons, built in 1897 9 for tho Hemisphere Steamship Com--3 pany. The Highland Bra<? was a Nelson liner, and was of 7634 tons, built in 1910. The Potaro belonged to thn Royal J Mail Steam Packet Company, of Belf fast. She was of 4419 tons, and was 1 built in 1904.
