Te Huehue Tukino was ordered to pay Bates and Lees £5 los. before March 31, or undergo five days' imprisonment. Geo. Godfrey Martin was ordered to pay W. Dimock and Co., Ltd., the sum of £5 9s. 10d., before March 31, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. In a defended case, William Standen v. SLY GROG CASES.

Mr. Jellicoe, counsel for J. E. Kidner, who was convicted on Friday last by Mr. D. G. Cooper, S.M., of an offence against section 19G of the Licensing Act, 1908, and fined £25 and costs, on Monday obtained from Mr. Justice Chapman a rule nisi to quash the conviction.
