Eeiently the shareholders of the \7n,ltaiigi Consolidated Gold Milling Company were succcssful in having the head office removed to ■Wellington. The shareholders havo now.-been notified, that the following constitute the board of directors:— Messrs. F E. Pctlierick (chairman), 0. Adams (managing director), W. It. Kemholl, T. C. Dawson, and A. E. Whyte. the latter having just been appointed. Mr. S.
