At a meeting of the Scottish "Harriers, presided over by- Mr. A. E. M. Rowlands, the following wgre elecfed officers for the ensuing year-President, Mr. R. Fletcher,lJ[.P. j captain, Mr. S. Hall; vice-captain, Mr. R. J. Ballantyne; secretary and ./treasurer, Mr. Rowlands; committee, Messrs. Welsh, Rule, andPointon; reporting secretary, Mr. R. Hull; delegate to Wellington Centre,.Mr. W. Balla-ntyne. After the adoption of rules it was decided to apply to - the Welljngton Centre, jiNf.Z.A.A.Arfor affiliation. •"
