FRACTURED LEG. A City Council employee, named Henry Harlen, 33 Creswick Terrace, Northland, slipped off a bank while grubbing gorse yesterday afternoon, and was admitted to the Hospital suffering from a fractured left-leg. Edward Hughes, aged 21, a farm la* tourer, who had been' missine from Manuwera for somo days, was found dying in tbo scrub. He died tvro hours after he was admitted to the Auckland Hospital. FOUND DEAD. Chrlstohurch. March 15. Joseph Watcnburg. aged 53, a farmef at Yaldhurst, was found dead on tha Riccarton racecourse yesterday. Death was presumably due to heart failure.
