QUESTION OF TERRITORIAL CONCESSIONS London, March 12. Router's Rome correspondent states that the Italian Government has denied that it initiated or urged negotiations for Austrian territorial concessions. (Rec. March' 15, 0.15 a.m.) Rome, March 14. The Italian Minister for the Colonies* replying to members, said that rumours of ail agreement with Austria were without foundation, and purely imaginative.
