STOLEN SUPPERS THREE SEAMEN CHARGED Three seamon,'-Erick Eckawall, Brynonalph Kilpiner, and Arthur Sands, appeared before Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning, each charged with the theft of a meal, valued at Ib. 6d., from Annie Barker's restaurant, and, further, with obtaining credit by means of fraud to the amount of Is. 6d. The evidence showed that the trio ate . hearty Buppers, but when the time for paying came Barker found that the men would not pay. She informed the police, and when arrested each blamed the other for having invited him into the restaurant.
