Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the year ended 31st December, 1914. 2. Electing two Directors in lieu of the Hon. J. T. Walker and the Hon, F. E. Wincheombe, M.L.C., who retire in terms of By-law 16, but are eligible for reelection. 3. Electing an Auditor in lieu of W. H. Perry, Esq., F.C.P.A., \iho retires in terms of By-law 28, but is eligible for re-, election. 4.
