'& inan named Remington, trading as tho, ."M'Leau Company," has been fined £200 for attempting to trade ,with the jenem.y. The evidence showed that Remington" was aid American, citizen .with' a*.business in", Australia. He had not,, carefully read the proclamation, and when he discovered that what he ■was doing , was illegal he dropped it like a hot potato.
