March 12, 11.20 p.m.) Amsterdam, March 12. A telogram from Berlin states that the Budgot Committee of the Reichstag generally admits that tho sharpest reprisals will bo necessary, if the statement of British treatment of submarine crews is correct. The British Admiralty recently announced that it was unable to extend the treatment duo to honourable prisoners to the crew of the submarine ÜB, as sho was probably guilty of sinking unarmed merchantmen, and possibly, tho Admiralty would bo unabie to obtain evidence of thoir' guilt until after tho war.
