PRISONERS FOR SENTENCE

His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman will preside at a sitting of the Supreme Court this morning, when several prisoners, who have pleaded guilty to offences in the Lower Court, will be sentenced. The following is the list:— Phyllip Fowler, concealing the dead body of a child at Hawera; Patrick Lee, breaking, entering i,nd theft at Masterton: Dorothy Scoullar and Lesley R-eid, theft of money from the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel; Phillip George Bernard, escaping from lawful custody at Wanganui; Arthur Charles William Pearce, theft at Wellington; Ellen Sullivan, assault, causing actual bodilyharm, at Wellington.
