The Industrial Court has granted an application made on behalf of a number of thcatro proprietors, for the cancelling of the registration of the Musicians' Union of Australia. Amongst the grounds for the application wero that- the union had instigated memberß to strike; had. passed a resolution against accepting the rates fixed by the Wages Board; and had consistently broken all its industrial agreements.
