PRUSSIAN WAR BUDGET

VOTED AGAINST BY SOCIAL DEMOCRATS London, March 9. It is reported from Berlin that the War Budget has passed the Prussian Diet. The Social Democrats voted against it, while the Poles' and Danes abstained from voting.
