S.P.C.A. ' » — The ordinary meeting of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was held yesterday afternoon, Mr. V. R. Meredith presiding. Inspector-Henry reported that he had visited the horses grazing oil the Tinakori Hills, and found there was insufficient -water for them oh that part of the Town Belt at the back of Ao'rangi.
