Total! 19,327 2 5 The Public of Wellington will have an opportunity during the next few days of i- obtaining a badge suitable for commemorating St. Patrick's Day and for doing honour to their Irish fellowcitizens, while at the same time they, may be contributing to the Belgian Relief Fund. Mr. Barry Keesing has initiated a scheme for the sale • of a " ribbon bearing the imprint "It's a long ■ way to Tipperary." The ladies of the Hibernian Society and others are co- ■ - operating, and purchasers are requested • to see that the official stamp of'the , society appears on the back of the i ribbon. The Warehousemen's Associaj--. tion is donating tho material, and the ; daily papers'are doing the printing ■; gratis, so that every sixpence will go i without any deduction to help the Belgians. The badge will be on sale at vari- ' ous shops, in the streets, and also at the Sports on . the Basin Reserve, and at St. Patrick's Day celebrations.
