ADDRESS BY THE KAISER
•« TRUST FIRMLY IN OUR GREAT ALLY ABOVE" (Rec. March 5,' 5.25 p.m.) Amsterdam, March 5. The Kaiser in an address after a service in the_ park of Nivbowo Castle, in Poland, said: — "Ours is a hard task. We have to prove to the entire world that Germany .has a right to existence. We Prussians, who are accustomed to fight to overcome a superior enemy, should trust firmly in our great Ally above, Who will help a just cause to victory, for history tells us that God is only on the side of 1 believing armies. As my friend Luther declared, a man with God on his side is always in the majority. Our enemies are without a watchword; they carry the hoavy knapsack of an evil conscience, because they have fallen upon a peaceloving people." DRUNKEN SOLDIERS 'A JUDGE'S COMMENTS. Sydney, March 5. Judge Docker, dealing with a military prisoner, strongly condemned the allowing of drunken soldiers to go to the front, there to bring discredit on Australia and do more harm to their own side, than the enemy. Recruiting continues very active, wbllft tho j'ltie clubs' wovemonfc is grow* k ing ajjaca, ■. ,
