THE RAMSAY MACDONALD PAMPHLET.
A GERMAN DISTORTION. ' London, March 9. Mr. J. Ramsay MaeDonald, Labour M.P., describes tho "Facta About Grirmany" pamphlet which lifts been referred to in the House of Commons as a distorted version of an article written by him Eoven months ago, against the balance-of-power policy. ' The London .'-'Daily Telegraph" recently stated that Mr. Pennefather, in the House of Commons, had drawn the attention of the Government to a pamplet, circulated in Germany, entitled "Facts About Germany and the War: Responsibility of Sir Edward Gro.v;" by Mr. Ramsay' MioDonald, in which Mr. MaeDonald' asserted that "this wa6 a diplomatists' war, made by half-a-dozen men. The evil had happened bcoause Sir Edward Grey guided the foreign fcoliox, and "his short-sightedness and ,Muaaer« lud brought thii- U£toa üb."
