Y.M.C.A. BOYS' , The annual report' of the Y.M.C.A. Boys' Football Club, to be-presented-at the annual meeting on Friday evening, states.that the past-season has:been a most successful and enjoyable one from; every standpoint. The Fourth. A team,, in addition to being winners of the Charity Cup for the third time in succession, were runners-up in the, championship, anl also the junior, five a-sido' In the ■ Charity and championship matches 97 goals ware scored' for and 11 against, of which number. J. Paton.scored 54.' In the junior five a-side, 18 goals were. scored, against 4;" Paton again • distinguished himself-, by ■ scoring 15 of that number; The Sixth' Division were also successful in wirning their championship. The' annual ' match against the Auckland Association took place in the latter city last Easter,' and Wellington, came out winner, 5—3, after a splendid game. The winners of the olub's junior five a-side competition were Gf. Ward, K. Cameron, N. Nicol, G. Pike, and L. Atkinson, to whom were given medals. Special thanks are due to all the gentlemen who made donations to the club's funds.
