HUGE BRITISH WAR CREDITS
VOTE OP 250 MILLIONS London, February 26. The Government is asking for a general vote of credit of 280 millions for the year ending March, 1916, for assisting tho food supply trade and commerce, and-facilitating the raising- of funds by the Dominions, and for other measures of national security. - The proposed vote of 250 millions is apart from ordinary grants arising from the war. The Government also asbs'for a supplementary vote of thirty-seven millions for the war, for the year ending nest month, making the current yearns total 362 millions.
