AN INCIDENT IN POLAND
GERMAN REVENGE FOR TRAIN DERAILMENT. Petrograd, February 25. The' derailment of a German military train near Lowicz exploded several of ammunition, killing and wounding many soldiers. The Germans severely, punished the villages for complicity. Three hundred villagers were taken at Lowicz and horribly mutilated. .
