SECRET SESSION
INTERNATIONAL SOCIALISTS - (Rec. February 22, 1.10 a.m.) ' London, February 20. It transpires that there was a secret session of international Socialists. The conference was held in London, and was extremely, stormy. The French and Belgian delegates moved for holding Germany responsible for the Belgian atrocities. Mr. Ramsay Macdonald and Mr. Keir Kardio, opposed the motion, insisting that tho atrocities had not been, scientifically proved.
