The "Times's" Washington corres-pondent-says there is a great deal of anxiety regarding tbo Japanese policy in China; It is understood that tho State Department is sounding tho Powers' hi referenco to concerted action in favour of the maintenance of 'Chinese integrity. The Press is beginning to comment adversely on the Japanese attitude.
