Athens, February 18. Tlie naval attache incident has closed amicably. [A detective insulted a Greek naval attache openly in the street at Pera, a suburb- of Constantinople. M. Panas, Minister of Foreign Aifairs, protested to the Grand Vizier, who apologised. M.
