SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications aro for strong west to south-westerly winds, weather changeable, with scattered "showers. Barometer unsteady, falling slightly in north, but probably rising everywhere «ion. The barometer has been very unsteady and extremely low pressure, has ruled to the southwards of the Dominion. Strong west to south-westerly winds have predominated, and the woathor has continued ivarni and fine on tlic tost Ooo.st, out showery on the West Coast and southern cllstncti ' , D. 0. BATES.
