A STORMY VOYAGE
PASSENGER SLIGHTLY INJURED. CBy Telegraph—P«6» A-isooiatlaa .1 Auckland, February 16. After steajning through a heavy southerly storm in the Tasman Sea for tiro and 'a half days, the Huddart-Parker steamer Riverina reached Auckland Harbour from Sydney at seven o clock this morning, over a day late, while splashes on the steamer's yellow funnel remained to indicate the heavy sea which had broken over the Riverina and left the spray on the, funnel. The passengers spoke of the voyago as one of the worst thoy had experienced. Captain T. lOasson said he 'had never experienced such a terrific storm on the Sydney-Auckland route. . A first saloon passenger, walking on the promenade deck during the storm, slipped and was thrown against _ tho rails, spraining his anklo and receiving slight injuries to his head.
