LATEST APPOINTMENTS. ; The following temporary appointments have received the approval of the Camp Commandant at Trentham:—N.Z. Field Engineers: Sappers S. Neels, R. R. Nairn, S. S. Choate, H. D. Meek, A. M'Whirter, and W. S. Rae, to be corporals; Corporals Matheson and Macan to be sergeants.
The following office-s have been detailed to superintend examinations for promotions to be held in the lecture hall on February 15," 16, 17, and 18: Captain Wilkinson and Lieut. Wells.

Wilkinson, to Engineers. From D Company, 3rd Reinforcements: Sergeant-Major Spencer, to A Company, sth Reinforcements, as Sergeant-Instructor. From sth Reinforcements: Private T. Nicholson, to Engineers. From sth Reinforcements: Private W. 0 Coley, to New Zealand Field Artillery From.O Company, 3rd Reinforcements: Private D. Moy'nihan, to C Company, 4th Reinforcements. From A Squadron, 3rd Reinforcements: Private J. R. Farquhar, to Engineers. The following have bten dismissed from the Expeditionary Force for certain reasons: —W. H.
