SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for freshening northerly and westerly winds generally! fair to cloudy weather, with increasing cloudinees generally, and a falling barometer everywhere, far a change probably following, with rain shortly on the West Coast and southern districts. South-easterly breezes now predominate in the north, and northerlies in tho south. Kne weather has been experienced to-day.
