A TEN MONTHS' RETURN. The following is the ten months' return (to January 31) furnished by the Tramways and Electric Lighting Committee of the Citv Council yesterday with respect to the Electric Lighting Department. Though the charge for current was reduced last year, the _ revenue shows a steady increase, whilst the working expenses exhihit a decrease. The figures are as follow:—
