TURKEY OFFENDS .GREECE Athens, Fobraury 14 A detective openly insulted a Greek"' naval attache in the street at Pera, s, suburb of Constantinople. M. Pan as, Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs, protested/to the Grand Vizier, who apologised. M. Panas subsequently referred the' matter to the Greek which secured a promise of an ampler, and more public reparation, including*: the offender's dismissal 'and an apology from tie Prefect of Police.
