ARBITRATION COURT

NEW MOVE ON PART OF LABOUR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, February 15. At -the Arbitration Court, Mr. Arthur Rosser asked leave to bring forward argument to show cause why the decision made at the outbreak of the war, that no further awards should be made, be revoked or revised. The President asked whether employers had been advised, so that they might consider the matter. Mr. Grosvenor replied that the EmD" fcrs' Association had not been noti- . Probably the association would like to have the opinion of the employers of the Dominion as a whole on the subject, though inferentiatly they had anticipated some such application being made. Mr. Rosser replied to further questtons. He said he represented two of his own unions, which had disputes pending, and also the Labour Representation Committee, composed of 81 delegates of 27 registered unions. He suggested that the Court should hear what was to be said here, and then hear argument in other centres. _ . His Honour said he conceived there were trades affected adversely by the War, but it was quite reasonable to consider the workers' demands. He advised Mr. Rosser to formally notify the Employers' Association. Mr. Grosveuor remarked that it might bo considered advisable for the employers to oome before the Court as a federation. _ : The Judge fixed Friday as the day to hear the argument;
