SUPREME COURT
IN DIVORCE,
Native divorce case, which occupied the attention of His Honour Mr. Justice Hoskiug and a jury of twelvo at the Supremo Court on Friday, ivas continued on Saturday morning. Tho petitioner was Ruruanga Mnhuki and the respondent Hera Ruruanga Mahuki. 'lamihano to Taurn was citea as the corespondent. Mr. H. F. Ayson appeared for fto petitioner, Mr. D. S. Smith for tho respondent, and Mr. G. Samuel for the co-rcspondent. A verdict in favour of tho petitioner had been returned by the jury, and Hi 6 Honour heard ovidence as to tho means of tbo parties, and counsel afterwards submitted their views'on tho question of costs.
The case was adjourned until Friday next, when His Honour will pronounce the decreo nisi and give his decision on ■the questions of costs and interim custody of tbe children.
