The revolutionists, under _ General Villa, have captured Guadalajara, the. second largest city in Mexico. Starvation is threatening many of the citics. Spain has protested to the Powers against Carranzu's insult to the Spanish Minister (Senor Carmen). The State Department is awaiting the terras of the Spanish Noto.
