WOOL' : AND MEAT SHIPMENTS. Sydney, February 13. The embargo on the export of merino wool to America has been definitely lifted in eases wbere space was arranged for before February 5, subject to shippers undertaking to cable instructions enabling the wool to be dealt with as if originally consigned to the Testilo Alliance. The Wnitemata continues loading wool. The Brokers' Association has secured the same concessions regarding the prepayment of freight is accorded New Zealand. The shipping companies are continuing to ship meat to America under special permits.
